Shipping policy
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies.
For items in stock, dispatch within 1-3 working days (this does not include weekends or bank holidays).
For custom pieces this will be discussed with you prior to purchase and will depend on the requirements of the individual items.
Estimated delivery times
UK: 3-5 working days (this does not include weekends or bank holidays).
Europe: 1-2 weeks
Res of World: 2-4 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but cannot always guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the carrier - you will be sent all tracking information when the item ships.
Customs and import taxes - buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
